Even though I arrived at class 15 minutes before it started, I hardly got a spot and I had no room to stretch my arms and legs. The instructor was really formulated and spoke in a fast, restless tone, non-stop for the entire 90 minutes. That gave me a headache about 30 minutes after it started and I had to suffer until the end of the class. Although I heard a lot of good things about this studio, personally it was an overwhelming, disappointing experience. I have to say this yoga studio is way over crowded. I've practiced there for over two years. They make it easy to commit to your practice. The class schedule options make it easy to find time to fit your practice in a few times a week.
