Established in November 2002, Eric Jennings' Bikram Yoga Decatur is the original Decatur hot yoga studio and the first I've seen to publish a mission statement: To provide a safe and supportive environment where people can work on the relationship between mind and body and to facilitate personal growth and the development of self control with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind.

You have to love their drink responsibly ethic, too: "plastic water bottles are becoming one of the largest single environmental problems. Despite the fact that they are recyclable, only 12% of plastic water bottles actually get recycled. That means that 40 million plastic water bottles are being thrown out daily." They recommend Aluminum bottles as "the bottled water for sale in the studio should be for emergency use only."
