And if you're going to try Bikram yoga it's probably a good idea to learn from properly trained people. My experience with BYCI has been nothing but incredible. Every instructor is attentive and patient. The front desk has friendly and welcoming people. The classes start on time. The heat is awesome. There's a large car park. I'm now going there 6 or 7 days a week and haven't felt this good in 40 years! Schedule your life around this place. You won't regret it!
