Former Miss America finalist and Director of Bikram's Yoga College Oldham County, Kristin Olsen has been teaching fitness and dance classes since 1981. Kristin received her Bikram teacher certification in June 2001. She was honored to be chosen by Bikram as one of 10 students out of almost 200 selected to perform the series at their graduation.

The only hot yoga studio in Oldham County, "hot spot yoga" as the studio is alternately known, boasts Bikram certified instructors on staff, with over 500 hours of intense training under the direction of Bikram Chourdhury.
